About Us
Team Headshaker was formed back in 2015 comprised of Brian and his wife Amy with a passion for fishing and the outdoors.Our goal today, as it was then, is to have fun pure and simple while enjoying the great outdoors. From Perch fishing in the spring to Walleye fishing throughout the summer, we keep up with the latest trends, techniques, and equipment while at the same time staying focused on having fun on the water. As avid sportsmen, when the boats get put up for winter, Brian and Amy continue to enjoy deer hunting with a bow, crossbow, rifle, and shotgun, and they also enjoy turkey hunting in the springtime. Both are current NYS pistol permit holders, and support the rights of gun owners, hunters and fishermen. Brian Plecas
Recently, USCG certified as an OUPV and 25 ton Great Lakes and Near Coastal Inland Waters Captain, Brian Plecas began fishing inland lakes as a kid for Bass, Walleye, Crappie and Perch with his grandfather growing up. Later he fished with his dad on Lake Erie for Perch, Smallmouth Bass and Walleye in the late 1980's. He purchased his first boat in the mid 90's for inland lakes and now in 2023 owns several vessels such as the 18 foot Lund Fisherman and their Tiara 3100 Open.

Amy Plecas
Amy has been on boats since her childhood and is active in the outdoors from fishing to hunting. She serves on the Board of Directors of the Erie County Federation of Sportsmen's Clubs and is a current volunteer supporting their various programs and efforts promoting outdoor education and conservation.
