We realize that life happens and things can impact your trip such as bad weather (Captain's call on go/no-go due to weather) or other scheduling conflicts, we will reschedule you to the next available date that is convenient for us and you if applicable. If the season is fully booked, you will be booked into the next season. There are no refunds in-case of bad weather, small craft advisories or other circumstances beyond our control.
The Fine Print

- We have a ZERO tolerance policy for drug use of any kind. We are a federal vessel and as such all federal laws apply as to marijuana use, NYS laws do not apply. Any evidence of recreational drug use during the trip will be immediate cancellation of the trip regardless of time of day or where we are in the trip schedule. No refunds will be issued. Please take any current prescriptions per your doctors orders.
- No hard alcohol please, beer or other canned beverages are acceptable in moderation. If you get drunk, and endanger yourself, others on board or the vessel, the trip will be cancelled. No refunds will be issued.
- You must have a current NYS Fishing License for the days you plan on fishing, please bring the original with you. We recommend taking a picture of it with your phone or install the DEC App on your device.
- No firearms on board please, we are strong second amendment supporters and everyone's right to carry, however there is no need for it on-board while we are fishing.
- No small children please at this time, we offer trips for 14 years old and over.
- Arguing, yelling or swearing at the Captain or crew will not be tolerated at anytime during your trip and will result in immediate cancellation. No refunds will be issued.
- 7:30 am approximate departure time for charters. For changes in arrival times please contact us immediately if you will be late. We ask that you arrive at least 15 mins before departure time. Earlier departure times may be arranged in advance, call us to discuss options at (716) 225-7055.
- If we need to delay our departure we will contact you at the mobile phone number that you provided at the time of booking. Please make sure this is the phone you will have on you the day of the trip.
Booking Costs
We require a $300 minimum deposit or full payment at the time of booking and the balance (if any) the morning of your trip. All deposits and charter fees are non-refundable.

All trips are up to 4 Adult people maximum.
We can have substitutions for the First Mate depending on scheduling. We do not pay the First Mate. Please be sure to tip them accordingly. They will work hard for you during your trip in the back of the boat to make it an enjoyable and educational time on the water. A typical Tip is $100 minimum or 20% of the total charter price whichever is greater, paid in cash to the First Mate directly.
